We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If you've decided that a mescreen™ test kit isn't right for you, we make the return process straightforward and hassle-free. We believe in standing behind our products and making things right.
Full account credit is provided on eligible returns with no hidden conditions or surprise deductions.
Eligibility for Returns
To ensure we can process your return smoothly, your kit must meet these simple criteria:
Your kit must be:
- Unused – No tests have been conducted or started
- Unopened – All seals and packaging remain intact
- In original condition – No damage, wear, or alterations
Return Timeline
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. This gives you plenty of time to decide if mescreen™ is right for you. After 30 days, we will not be able to accept returns.
What is NOT Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns on kits that have been:
- Activated in any way
- Opened or unsealed
- Used to conduct tests
- Damaged or altered
Note: Once a kit has been activated or opened, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for return, even if the test itself has not been completed yet.
How to Return Your Kit
Step 1: Contact Our Support Team
Reach out to us with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and answer any questions.
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Once approved, we will send you detailed return shipping instructions and a prepaid label where applicable.
Step 3: Ship Your Kit Back
Pack your kit securely in its original packaging if possible, and ship it using the instructions we provide. We will send you a tracking number to monitor your return.
Step 4: Receive Your Credit
Once we receive and inspect your kit to confirm it is in original condition, we will apply the credit to your account immediately and send you confirmation.
Tip: Keep your return tracking number handy. We will use it to locate your package and ensure you get your credit as soon as possible.
How You Will Receive Your Credit
Account Credit
Approved returns are credited to your account, not refunded as cash. This credit can be used toward any future mescreen™ purchase or service.
What You Pay
- Original Kit Cost: Fully credited to your account
- Original Shipping & Handling: Deducted from your credit
- Return Shipping: You cover this cost
Example: If you purchased a kit for $199 with $10 shipping, your account credit would be $199 (minus the $10 shipping that will not be credited back). You pay to ship it back to us.
Using Your Credit
Your account credit never expires and can be applied to any mescreen™ product or service.
Important Information
Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless we specifically cover return shipping, which we may offer in certain circumstances, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Right to Deny Returns
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria. If your kit shows signs of use, opening, or activation, we will not be able to process the return.
Inspection & Verification
When your kit arrives, we will inspect it to confirm it is in original, unused condition. This typically takes 3-5 business days. Once verified, your account credit will be applied and you will receive confirmation via email.
Please Note: If inspection reveals the kit has been used, opened, or is damaged, we may deny the return and ship it back to you. Return shipping in this scenario would be your responsibility.

How long do I have to return my kit?

What if I have already opened the kit but haven't used it?
Opened kits are not eligible for return. Once the seal is broken, the kit is considered activated. If you have opened it but not used it, please contact our support team anyway. We may be able to find another solution.

What form will my refund take?
Approved returns receive account credit that can be used toward future mescreen™ purchases or services. The credit amount is the original kit price minus original shipping and handling charges. Credits never expire.

Once we receive your kit, inspection typically takes 3-5 business days. After verification, your account credit is applied immediately. The entire process from submission to credit application usually takes 1-2 weeks, depending on shipping times.
What if my kit arrives damaged?
If your kit arrives damaged and you have not opened it, we will work with you to make it right. Contact our support team immediately with photos of the damage and your order number.
Can I return my kit if I have used it?
No, kits that have been used to conduct tests are not eligible for return. This is for quality and health reasons.
