We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If you've decided that a mescreen™ test kit isn't right for you, we make the return process straightforward and hassle-free. We believe in standing behind our products and making things right.
Full refunds are provided back to your original method of payment on eligible returns with no hidden conditions or surprise deductions.
Eligibility for Returns
To ensure we can process your return smoothly, your kit must meet these simple criteria:

Unused – No tests have been conducted or started.

Unopened – All seals, shrink-wrap, and packaging remain completely intact.

In original condition – No damage, wear, or alterations to the box or internal components.
Return Timeline
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. This gives you plenty of time to decide if mescreen™ is right for you. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
What is NOT Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on kits that have been:

Opened or unsealed

Used to conduct tests

Damaged or altered after delivery
Please Note: Once a kit's outer packaging seal has been broken or activated, it is legally considered used due to medical diagnostic safety standards and is no longer eligible for a return or refund, even if the testing process has not been completed.
How to Return Your Kit

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization Once your return is approved, we will send you detailed return shipping instructions and the authorized return facility address.

Step 3: Ship Your Kit Back Pack your kit securely in its original shipping box to avoid damage in transit. Ship it using a trackable courier service to the address provided by support.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund Once we receive and inspect your kit to confirm it is in its original, unopened condition, we will process your refund directly back to your original method of payment.
How You Will Receive Your Refund
Original Payment Method
Approved returns are refunded directly to the original credit card, debit card, or payment method used during checkout. We do not issue store credit or account credit.
Refund Breakdowns & Fees

Original Kit Cost: Fully refunded to your original payment method.

Original Shipping & Handling: Non-refundable (deducted from the total refund amount).

Return Shipping Costs: Paid and handled by the customer.
Example Breakdown: If you purchased a kit for $549 with a $15 shipping fee (Total paid: $564), your final refund back to your payment card will be exactly $549. The original $15 shipping charge is non-refundable, and you will cover the postage cost to mail the kit back to our warehouse.
Processing Time
Once processed by our billing department, refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending entirely on your financial institution.

Return Shipping Responsibility
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (like UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority) and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee or issue a refund for items lost or damaged by the carrier during the return transit.
Inspection & Verification
When your kit arrives at our facility, it will undergo a strict compliance inspection to confirm it is in original, unsealed, and unused condition. This inspection workflow typically takes 3–5 business days. Once verified, your refund is automatically triggered, and a confirmation email is sent to you.
If our inspection team finds that the structural seal has been broken, opened, or tampered with, the return will be denied, no refund will be issued, and the kit will be returned to you at your expense.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return my kit? You have exactly 30 days from the confirmed delivery date to request a return. Requests outside this 30-day window cannot be honored.
What if I have already opened the box but haven't used the test? Opened kits are completely ineligible for a return or refund due to sanitary and diagnostic integrity protocols. Once the outer box seal is broken, the kit can no longer be resold or repurposed.
Do you provide free return shipping labels? No. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the kit arrived damaged or defective directly from our facility.
What form will my refund take? All approved refunds are paid back directly to the original financial account used to make the purchase. We do not offer alternative payouts, cash rollbacks, or store credits.
What if my kit arrives damaged? If your package arrives damaged from transit, do not open the product seal. Take clear photos of the damaged shipping box and the kit immediately and email them to info@mescreen.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can issue a complimentary replacement.
