Shipping Policy for mescreen™

Order Processing & Shipping Times

We aim to process and ship orders quickly so you can begin your mescreen™ journey without delay.

- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) are typically processed and shipped the same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped same day if operational capacity allows, otherwise they will ship the next business day
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update

Delivery Timing

- Delivery timelines vary based on shipping method and destination
- Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are not guaranteed, but we work closely with our carriers to meet them

Additional Notes

- Delays may occur during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to carrier disruptions
