Thank you for choosing mescreen™. Because our service involves both a physical collection kit and a certified diagnostic laboratory analysis, your order is fulfilled in two distinct phases: Phase 1 (Kit Delivery to You) and Phase 2 (Sample Return & Laboratory Processing).

1. Phase 1: Kit Delivery (Domestic US & International)

We fulfill and deliver physical mescreen™ collection kits to domestic United States addresses and to over 80 international countries worldwide.

Domestic US Shipping Timeframes

  • Order Handling Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

  • Order Handling Time (Processing): Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed and handed to our shipping carriers the same day (0 business days). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or over the weekend are processed the following business day (1 business day).

  • Transit Time (Domestic US Delivery): Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from the date of carrier hand-off.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Window: 3 to 6 business days from the moment your order is placed.

International Shipping Timeframes (Rest of World)

  • Order Handling & Processing: International orders follow the same 0-to-1 business day handling time structure outlined above.

  • International Transit Time: Standard international shipments typically take 7 to 14 business days to arrive, depending on the destination country, local carrier routing, and customs processing speeds.

Shipping Fees & Rates

  • Dynamic Calculations: Outbound shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on real-time carrier rates (UPS, FedEx, DHL) relative to your specific delivery address and location.

  • Non-Refundable: All outbound shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

  • Duties, Taxes, and Customs (International Orders): International shipments may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our checkout total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

2. Phase 2: Sample Return & Laboratory Processing Time

Because this product requires professional, compliant diagnostic analysis, your overall journey includes secure lab processing:

  • Prepaid Return Shipping (Domestic US): Every domestic US mescreen™ kit includes a pre-addressed, prepaid medical-grade return shipping label. Once you collect your finger-prick sample, simply drop the sealed envelope into any designated carrier box at no additional charge to you.

  • International Return Kits: International orders include specialized return kit instructions. International customers are responsible for ensuring their return samples are shipped back to our US laboratory facility promptly using a compliant carrier to safeguard sample viability.

  • Laboratory Processing Window: Once your sample physically arrives at our CLIA-certified partner laboratory, processing, extraction, and diagnostic mapping take 3 to 4 weeks.

  • Secure Portal Results: The moment our laboratory validation concludes, your secure digital health dashboard is generated, and an automated notification is sent directly to your registered email address.

Shipping Confirmation & Live Tracking

  • Once your physical collection kit leaves our facility, an automated shipping confirmation email containing a live tracking link (USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS) will be sent to you.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours from carrier hand-off for tracking status updates to populate online.

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your physical kit arrives damaged or is marked as delivered by the carrier but has not physically arrived, do not open any internal medical component seals. Contact our compliance and support department within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp at info@mescreen.com. Please include your order number and photo evidence of any transit damage so we can fast-track a complimentary replacement kit.
