Chelsea Keys is an operations and compliance leader with over a decade of experience building scalable systems, strengthening quality infrastructure, and driving operational excellence within healthcare, diagnostics, and regulated environments. As one of Verséa Health’s earliest team members, she has played a key role in shaping the company’s operational foundation and enabling its rapid growth across multiple divisions.

Chelsea currently serves as Operations & Compliance Director, where she leads cross-functional initiatives spanning quality management, regulatory compliance, supply chain, and commercial operations. She oversees ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 compliance programs, implements standardized processes, and ensures that teams, partners, and products meet the highest standards for performance, safety, and reliability.
